The prior year 66 Manatees were killed by boaters. Boaters and their lobbyists shirk mea culpa and ardently resist urgently needed new regulations. NEW DISCOVERIES: Don't miss the recently located "Urasenke Chanoyu Chada" New York City - Manhattan weblinks. Chanoyu means "The Way of Tea" and references the Tea Ceremony. This Manhattan Center is home to the only authentic Tea House in the United States. Every part of its construction was brought over here from Japan. If you have never observed, experienced a Tea Ceremony you have a profound experience waiting for you at this Urasenke Chanoyu Center. For some reason, until recently, we were unable to locate the web address of the Manhattan Center, although we could find the web address for the center in Europe. Then recently, we renewed our efforts to locate the Manhattan web address and stumbled upon it by accident, after seeing a link for it at another website.
