Recently I, like many of you, received a chain Email that vehemently asserted that Illegal Immigrants qualify for a horde of benefits that were intended to go to American citizens. The Email was entitled "God Bless Arizona!!! Cheap Tomatoes." That Tea Party \ GOP Email was designed to give the impression that U.S. Immigration Laws are drastically and fatally flawed and need to be changed, because Illegal Immigrants are taking over the country. That was the gist of the Email.

But there's a problem. Apparently, no one ever vetted (researched) the specific claims to make sure they were legally "True & Accurate" before circulating that Email.

So I was determined to get to the truth of the matter by having experienced, respected Immigration Attorneys and Legal Experts research each and every claim made in that Email.

The results of that research reveal that essentially every specific claim made in that Tea Party \ GOP Email was false, completely and irresponsibly false, untrue, inaccurate.

Below, in between the double solid lines is the Tea Party \ GOP Email I am talking about, in its entirety, and it appears flush with the far-left margin. The CORRECTED information appears beneath each "false assertion" and it is BOLDED and in FULL CAPS within indented paragraphs, so the reader can easily differentiate the fraudulent Email claims, from the ACCURATE, vetted, researched Legal Facts -- the Truth of the matter (the CORRECTED information).

Since the fraudulent Email went out to so many people in an apparent chain Email, as a matter of integrity and fairness, I would ask that every recipient rigorously circulate this CORRECT INFORMATION so the voters are not duped into changing their votes or views for "false" and inaccurate reasons.

If either the Dems or the Tea Party \ GOP want to win elections, let them win based on the TRUTH, not based on having sucker-punched readers with fraudulent claims and assertions, that were calculated to make them angry at a particulate group or incumbent . . . for no 'legitimate' reason.

I have had to intervene several times for young and substitute teachers whose classes consist of many illegal immigrant students, here in the country less than 3 months, who raised so much hell with the female teachers, calling them "Putas"(whores) and throwing things, that the teachers were in tears.
